With this project, teachers will be get introduced to innovative approaches in a way to facilitate them to make effective decisions related to classroom management with the help of animations and simulation developed in the course of the project. With the help of this project, we expect to contribute to the further professional development of our teachers. Besides we will be reducing the disparities stemming from teachers' attitudes or imperfect knowledge related to talented and gifted students by teaching them the strategies regarding how to integrate talented and gifted students and foster them social skills. Thus, we will be contributing to improve the quality of learning outcomes affecting these students.

Digital Integration

Since digital integration exists in the nature of this project through animations to be developed in order to facilitate teachers learn how to cope with gifted and talented students in mixed classrooms, we also will be enhancing digital integration in learning and teaching in the scope of classroom management practices.
